1. The service
We create personalized songs from the information you submit (names, occasion, story), using AI music technology for composition and production, with our platform's creative direction. You hear a free preview and decide whether to purchase the full version.
2. Use of artificial intelligence
Songs are generated with the help of AI, and we are transparent about it: the value of the product lies in the personalization of the lyrics and the gifting experience. Generation runs under paid commercial licenses of the underlying tools, with logs of date and tool for every generation.
3. License of use (what you receive)
When you purchase the full song you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license: listen, download, gift, play at private events and post on personal social media. Important: works generated entirely by AI may not be eligible for copyright registration in your name in many jurisdictions. We sell the experience and the license of use, not registrable ownership of the work, which we cannot guarantee.
4. Public performance
Playing the song in public or commercial venues (ticketed events, businesses, broadcasts) may be subject to collecting-society licensing obligations depending on your country. That responsibility rests with the event organizer or venue.
5. Your story and third-party rights
By submitting a story you confirm you have the right to share that information, including facts about the person being honored, and you take responsibility for that content. We do not accept requests that expose third parties in an offensive or defamatory way or that violate personality rights. Tributes to deceased persons should come from family members or close friends.
6. Delivery and guarantee
The preview is free and carries no obligation. After payment, the full version is unlocked immediately with a permanent access link. If delivery fails (payment confirmed but no file released), we regenerate the song or refund you in full. See the Refund Policy.
