1. You hear it before you pay
Our model is designed so you never buy blind: the preview of YOUR song is free. Payment only happens after you've listened and decided you want the full version.
2. Delivery failure = full refund
If your payment is confirmed and you cannot access the full song (broken link, corrupted file), contact us: we'll regenerate the song immediately or refund 100% of what you paid, your choice. No bureaucracy.
3. 7-day guarantee
You have 7 calendar days from payment to request a full refund. Before claiming it, remember: you already heard the preview and read the full lyrics before paying, and you can request a revision (a new version of the song) within your free regeneration limit. In most cases, a revision solves it.
4. Extras and upgrades
Add-ons (instrumental version, second take, studio singer version, lyric video) follow exactly the same rules as the song: full refund on delivery failure and the same 7-day guarantee from the date of payment.
5. How to request
Email the address in the footer using the same email as your order. We reply within 24 business hours. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
