Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
To create your song we collect: your name and email (and phone, if provided), the recipient's name, the occasion and the story you write. Payment data is processed by our payment provider. We never store card numbers.
2. Special care with sensitive information
Your story may contain sensitive personal information, such as grief, health conditions or intimate relationship details. That's why the form asks for a specific, explicit consent to use that story in writing your song's lyrics. We never publish your story, never use it to train AI models, and never share it for marketing purposes. That consent does not cover the optional text review, which has its own authorization for each submission and is described in section 7.
3. Purpose and sharing
We use your data exclusively to: generate the song, deliver the product, provide support, comply with legal obligations and, when you authorize it, suggest writing corrections in the field you choose, as described in section 7. The story text is sent securely to the technology providers that generate the lyrics and audio, limited to what is necessary for creation, under commercial agreements.
4. Your rights
At any time you may: confirm processing, access your data, correct it, withdraw consent and request permanent deletion of your story and the associated song. Just email the address in the footer, and we respond within 15 days. EU/UK residents have the rights provided by GDPR, including complaint to a supervisory authority.
5. Retention and security
We keep data for as long as needed for delivery and support (including your song's permanent link). You may request deletion earlier. We apply encryption in transit and restricted access controls.
6. Children
The service is intended for adults (18+). Stories about minor children must be submitted by their legal guardians, and we do not knowingly collect data directly from minors.
7. Optional text review
When it is available, the form offers an optional text review before you complete your order. It only happens if you authorize that submission, is separate from writing your lyrics, does not create an order and does not start your song. We send Anthropic the language and the text of the selected field, including any personal and sensitive data it contains. The other form fields are not part of that request. By clicking Review text, you authorize that submission and the correction is applied in the field. You can undo the correction or continue as usual without requesting a review.
